GENERAL MEMBERSHIP


Open to All Students.

Our General Membership track is open to any student interested in markets, investing, or financial strategy — no technical background required. Members gain access to workshops, speaker events, simplified competitions, and exclusive recruiting prep, making it the perfect entry point to learn the mindset and mechanics of a hedge fund.

  • Investor mindset workshops (valuation, catalysts, macro context)
  • Mock interviews and recruiting resources
  • Introductory pitch competitions
  • Networking events with alumni and industry professionals

JUNIOR ANALYST PROGRAM


Hands-On Introduction to Hedge Fund Strategies.

The Junior Analyst Program is a hands-on introduction to hedge fund strategies. Juniors are placed into strategy pods (Event-Driven, Quantitative, Long/Short) where they contribute to idea generation, thesis building, and collaborative simulation — without needing prior technical experience. Must be a General Member to apply.

  • Investment thesis writing
  • Portfolio structure and simulation
  • Understanding how real hedge fund teams operate
  • Pitching an idea in a team setting

SENIOR ANALYST PROGRAM


Advanced Strategy Execution & Leadership.

Senior Analysts lead pod research, refine strategy execution, and mentor junior teammates. They take ownership of team performance and pitch to the Executive Team, mirroring the pace and pressure of institutional asset management. Must be a General Member to apply.

  • Run strategy logic and pitch preparation
  • Manage simulated P&Ls
  • Lead routine reviews with executives
  • Mentorship for careers in hedge funds, trading, and research

EXECUTIVE TEAM


Strategy Leadership & Fund Management.

Fund Managers oversee strategy-specific pods (Event-Driven, Quantitative, Long/Short Equities) and serve as technical and strategic leads. They guide analysts, approve trades, manage team output, and work closely with the Presidential Team on fund direction.

  • Set strategy tone and thematic direction
  • Manage portfolio-level decisions
  • Mentor analysts and manage review cycles
  • Uphold fund quality, performance, and culture

Fund Leadership & Strategic Oversight.

The Presidential Team provides high-level direction, ensures strategic alignment across all divisions, and upholds the fund's core values. Each president plays a cross-functional leadership role — driving performance, mentoring members, and representing the fund externally.

  • Define long-term vision and strategic priorities for the fund
  • Oversee executive operations and ensure cross-team alignment
  • Represent the fund to partners, sponsors, and the university
  • Ensure organizational continuity, culture, and performance standards
